Explanation Breed Specialty shows are restricted
to dogs of a specific breed or to varieties of one breed. For example, the Bulldog Specialty is for Bulldogs only, but the
Poodle specialty show includes the three varieties of the Poodle - Standard, Miniature and Toy. So on Breed Specialty Day at the Lone Star State Classic, there will be shows for specific breeds hosted
by one of that breed’s regional clubs. It’s a little more relaxed
than the other days where all breeds are in competition.
